After the midwest and southern region has been shaken by 33 tornadoes and 13 deaths the weather forecast calls for more hard-hitting storms. The twister that hit this week was in the EF4 category, which is the second highest rating given to twister. This category can go up 170mph winds. The states that were effected were -- Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Indiana. Around 5 a.m in Harrisburg, Illinois hurricane winds swept over the town, lifting buildings off their foundaitons and shredding homes into pieces. Authorities continue to look for more victims, but more serve weather is getting in hte way for a search and rescue. Over 300 reports of serve weather. This weather consists of in the last 36 hours include golf ball size hail and damaging thunderstorm winds gusting over 80 mph.
Unfortunalty South Carolina is in the path of these horrible tornandoes.
